Riedemann to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. dated 5/23/2006 and recorded in Deed Book 14334 Page 5426, Cobb County, Georgia records; as last transferred to HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR12 by Assignment filed for record in Cobb County, Georgia records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 498,000.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Cobb County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in May, 2012 (May 1, 2012), the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOTS 64 AND 65, 20TH DISTRICT, 2ND SECTION, COBB COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING KNOWN AS LOT 38, PALISADES BEING LEGACY PARK, POD "J", PHASE II-A, AS PER PLAT RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 191, PAGE 40, COBB COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS.
